彩色多普勒超声检测白血病患者的心脏损害及临床意义

应用彩色多普勒超声（ＵＣＧ）动态检查５０例白血病患者治疗前、化疗获完全缓解（ＣＲ）后的心脏解剖结构及功能变化，并与３０例健康人（对照组）进行比较。结果显示，观察组均有不同和蔼的室壁回声改变，瓣膜、乳头肌增厚、回声增强、心包受损、心包积液，左室舒张功能减退；ＣＲ后多数恢复正常，与治疗前后比较差异显著。提示白血病患者心脏存在较严重损害，ＣＲ后仍存在一定的心脏损害，其是影响预后的重要因素 。

Detection of Cardiac Damage of Patients with Leukemia by Doppler Ultrasnic Cardiography

The anatomical structure of heart and cardiac function and hemodynamics of 50 patients with leukemia and 30 normal individuals (control group)were detected by Doppler Ultrasound Cardiography(UCG)before remission induction as well as after achieved complete remission(CR)with chemotherapy Results showed that the ventricular wall,valvae and mamillary muscles of the patients were thickened than that of normal group The pericardial injury and pericardial effusion existed in some of patients,the diastolic function of the left ventricle were decreased as well,the most CR patients had significantly returned than those in untreated(P<0 01) The cardiac damage in patients with leukemia were much serious than those in control (P<0 01) This indicates that the cardiac damage in patients caused by leukemia could provide basis for treatment The extent of cardiac damage is correlated with the prognosis of leukemia
