CD44v6、细胞间黏附分子-1与胃癌远处转移的相关性研究

目的探讨胃癌组织中CD44v6、细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)的表达及其在胃癌远处转移过程中的作用。方法应用免疫组化法检测35例胃癌组织和20例癌旁组织中CD44v6及ICAM-1的表达水平,并分析两种检测物与胃癌转移的关系。结果胃癌组织中CD44v6、ICAM-1的阳性表达率与癌旁非癌组织相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD44v6及ICAM-1蛋白的表达与胃癌的远处转移、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与胃癌分化程度无关(P>0.05):并且CD44v6、ICAM-1的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织中CD44v6、ICAM-1表达均增高并且呈正相关,两者与胃癌的远处转移有关,可作为判断胃癌恶性程度和预后的参考指标。

Relationship between CD44v6, ICAM-1 and distant metastasis in human gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of CD44v6 and ICAM-1 in gastric cancer, and explore their correlation to distant metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of CD44v6 and ICAM-I in 35 gastric carcinoma tissues and 20 adjacent noncancerous specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry. At the same time, relationship between CD44v6. ICAM-1 and distant metastasis in gastric cancer was explored. Results The positive rates of CD44v6 and ICAM-1 were 62.9% and 68.6%, which were significantly higher than those in noncancerous tissues (P<0.05). The expressions of CD44v6, ICAM-I were correlated with distant metastasis, lymphatic metastasis and clinical TNM stage (P<0.05 or P<0.01). But there was no difference in histological type (P>0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of CD44v6 and ICAM-1 (P<0.01). Conclusion CD44v6 overexpression was significantly associated with elevated ICAM-1.Detection of CD44v6 and ICAM-I might play an important role in evaluating distant metastasis of gastric cancer.
