保险从业人员SCL-90的评定分析

摘    要:目的 调查保险从业人员的心理健康状况,为其心理健康咨询和教育提供依据.方法 应用SCL-90症状量表对保险从业人员进行测评,并将结果与全国成人常模比较.结果 保险从业人员SCL-90总均分及各因子(除人际关系以外)都高出全国常模,其中保险业务员总均分、阳性均分及各因子均高于保险内勤人员.结论 保险从业人员的心理健康状况低于一般人群,对该类人群开展心理疾病预防势在必行.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mental health status of the insurance personnel, and to serve those people for their mental health. Methods To survey the insurance deputy by SCL-90 and compare the result with the norms of the countrywide adult. Results The total average and every factor (except the relation between different people) was higher than that of the norms, the total average positive average and every factor of the insurance salesmen were higher than that of the insurance inside job among the insurance personnel. Conclusion The mental health status of the insurance deputy is lower than the generic crowd and providing prevention on psychological trouble is necessary.
