螺旋CT扫描对功能性鼻内窥镜手术术后并发症的预防价值

目的 探讨螺旋CT容积扫描对功能性鼻内窥镜手术术后并发症的预防价值。方法 收集一组资料齐全、临床病理证实、经螺旋CT容积扫描的慢性鼻窦炎病例，并设正常组对照，研究OMC的解剖变异与术后并发症的相关性。结果 病变组OMC区解剖变异的发生率高于正常组，以中鼻甲气化的发生率最高(39．6％)，钩突气化的发生率最低(10．8％)。经螺旋CT薄层扫描，病变组术后并发症明显低于文献报道。结论 对病变侧OMC的解剖变异进行术前的再认识，能有效避免并发症。螺旋CT扫描可以较好评价患者OMC的解剖变异．良好指导FESS的顺利进行。

The preventable value of spiral CT scanning to the complications of functional endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective: To study the preventable value of spiral CT volume scanning to the complications of functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). Methods: The data of a group of chronic nasosinusitis, which were proved clinically and patholosically were collected, volume scanned by spiral CT and compared with those of the normal group to study the variation of OMC between the two groups. Results: The OMC's variation rate of the pathological group was higher than that of the normal group, the rate of Concha bullosa was the highest (39.6%), and uncinate gasification was the lowest (10.8%). After thin-slice spiral CT scanning before FESS, the complications of pathological group were obviously lower than those in reported documents. Conclusion: Further recognition of the variation of pathological sides of OMC before FESS, can effectively prevent the serious complications.
