Fas系统诱导细胞凋亡与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的研究进展

自1972年病理学家Kerr等首先提出细胞凋亡的概念以来,人们对细胞凋亡的研究已深入到生物医学的多个领域,对细胞凋亡的认识也由形态学和生物化学逐渐深入到分子机制和基因调控水平。其中,对凋亡相关因子(Fas)系统介导的细胞凋亡信号转导途径及其机制的研究已取得了突破性进展。Fas在心肌细胞凋亡中的作用日益受到重视,本文对Fas的性质、结构、作用机制、Fas与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)中的心肌细胞凋亡及冠心病治疗的关系进行综述,加深人们对冠心病的认识,从而更好地指导临床诊疗。

The research advances in Fas-induced apoptosis and coronary heart disease

Since Kerr put forward the concept of cell apoptosis in 1972,there have been many researches in the field of biomedicine,and the recognition about apoptosis have deepened gradually from morphology and biochemistry level to molecule and gene regulation level.The studies on Fas-mediated signal transduction pathways and mechanism of cell apoptosis have got a breakthrough and many researchers pay more attention to the effect of Fas on cardiomyocytes apoptosis.This article reviewed the characters,structure,mechanism of Fas and its relationship with coronary heart disease(CHD)and the treatment of CHD.
