| 摘 要： | 目的分析甲亢性心脏病发病年龄、性别、临床表现特点,总结甲亢性心脏病的诊断、治疗和预防。方法对本院35例甲亢性心脏病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果35例甲亢性心脏病中男14例,女21例。临床表现主要为：心悸、胸闷、气促症状29例,各种心律失常34例,心力衰竭9例,心绞痛发作12例。结论甲亢性心脏病治疗的关键是明确诊断,治疗原发病,其诊断的重点是排除其他心血管性疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of the patients with hyperthyroid heard disease in our hospital in the past four years, and to achieve better comprehension of this kind of disease. Methods Thirty five patients with hyperthyroid heard disease（malesl4,female21） in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,regarding clinical manifestation,assistant check,treatment and prevent. Results The symptoms and clinical pictures includes symptom of heart-throb, chest bored, dyspnoea（29 cases）, vary arrhythmia（34 cases）, heart failure（9 cases）, angina pectoris （12 cases）. Conclusion The early diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism is the key of prevention and cure of hyperthyroid heard disease.It＇s necessary to make a careful differential diagnosis from other cardiovascular diseases. |
