| 摘 要： | 目的观察补肾骨宁汤对肾性骨病大鼠钙磷代谢的作用。方法将60只大鼠随机分为假手术组（S组）、模型组（M组）、补肾骨宁汤高剂量组（H组）、补肾骨宁汤低剂量组（L组）、骨化三醇组（C组）。观察各组大鼠肾功能、血钙、磷、血清瘦素含量的变化。结果补肾骨宁汤能够降低肾性骨病大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮，提高肌酐清除率、血磷、血清瘦素含量。结论补肾骨宁汤能够改善肾性骨病大鼠肾功能，提高血磷、血清瘦素含量，治疗肾性骨病。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Bushenguning decoction on calcium phosphorus metabolism in rats with experimental renal osteodystrophy. Methods The rats were randomly divided into sharn-operation group （S）, model group （M）, high-dose Bushenguning decoction group （H）, low dose Bushenguning decoction group （L）,calcitriol group （C）,n = 12 in each group. Results Bushen guning decoction could redcue the serum level of serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and increase creatinine clearance rate and the serum level of phosphorus and leptin in rats with renal osteodystrophy. Conclusions Bushenguning decoction can improve the renal function of rats with renal osteodystrophy and increase the the serum level of leptin. |
