| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨潜阳降压胶囊的质控标准。方法：用沉淀显色法鉴别方中钩藤碱及钙盐；用薄层色谱法鉴别白芍及玄参；用容量法测定钩藤碱的含量。结果：方法简便，重现性好，质量可控。结论：可作为潜阳降压胶囊制订质量标准的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate quality control standard of Qianyangjiangya Capsule.Methods:Using the methods of precipitation showing color diffrerentiate rhynehophylline and calcium salt;Using the methods of TLC differentiate Radix Scrophulariae; Using the volumetric methods of analysis the content determination of rhynchophylline.Results:The method is simple, the reapearance is good, the quality can be controled.Conclusion:It can be the reference basis of Qianyang Jiangya Capsule to be worked out. |
