胃癌组织中Hpa、bFGF及FGFR-2表达水平的研究

目的探讨胃癌组织中Hpa、bFGF及FGFR-2表达水平与胃癌发生、发展的关系。方法对55例胃癌、癌旁组织及正常胃组织应用免疫组化方法检测Hpa、bFGF及FGFR-2的表达水平并进行分析。结果对照组的bFGF、FGFR-2表达低于其余2组(P均<0.05);Hpa在胃癌组表达显著高于其他2组(P<0.01);bFGF、FGFR-2及Hpa的表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期有关(P均<0.01)。结论bFGF、FGFR-2及Hpa可能在胃癌的浸润和转移中起重要作用,可作为胃癌生物学行为的重要指标。

Study on expression levels of Hpa, bFGF and FGFR - 2 in gastric cancer tissue

Objective It is to discuss the relation between the expression levels of Hpa,bFGF and FGFR-2 in gastric cancer tissue and the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Methods The expression levels of Hpa,bFGF and FGFR-2 in 55 cases of gastric cancer,peritumoral tissue and normal gastric tissue were detected with immunohistochemistry method and analyzed.Results The expression of bFGF and FGFR-2 in control group was lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).The expression of Hpa in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.01).The expression of bFGF,FGFR-2 and Hpa had relation with the gastric cancer imbibition depth,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and TNM staging(P<0.01).Conclusion bFGF,FGFR-2 and Hpa maybe play an important role in the imbibition and metastasis of gastric cancer and can be used as important index of gastric cancer biological behaviour.
