摘    要:目的比较不同种子处理方法对辽细辛中马兜铃酸A的含量的影响。方法采用不同方法对同一批辽细辛种子进行处理并种植,采收2年生不同月份的辽细辛植株进行马兜铃酸A的含量测定;采用Diamonsil(钻石)C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠水溶液-乙腈(体积比为60∶40)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为390 nm,进样量为10μL,外标法计算含量。结果种植2年后的辽细辛药材各部位中均含有马兜铃酸A且地上部分含量明显高于地下部分,其含量逐渐减少,到8、9月份已趋于稳定。结论采用水超声处理辽细辛种子的方法可以除去细辛中的部分马兜铃酸,但不能完全除去,为细辛中的马兜铃酸的去除提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effection of the contects of Aristolochic acid A in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. which seeds have been treated by different methods. Methods The column of Diamonsil-C18(200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 µm)was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 NaH2PO4(V: V=40:60),the detection wavelength was set at 390 nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. Results The contents of Aristolochic acid A in over groundpart were higher than it in under groundpart.Its contents were stable when it was in Augest and September.Conclutions Methods of ultrasonication can removal partial Aristolochic acid A but not all .This essay provided a method to removal the Aristolochic acid A in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag.
