两种专利药膏治疗外阴上皮非瘤样病变的疗效观察

目的 探讨改变两种专利中草药膏基质对其治疗效果产生的影响.方法 用凡士林、甘油替代两种专利中草药膏基质、制备出两种新型药膏,对126例外阴营养不良病人进行治疗,从治疗前后病人症状、体征、组织病理及免疫组化等方面研究两种新型药膏的治疗效果,并与专利药膏进行比较.结果 两种新型药膏治疗外阴上皮非瘤样病变的治愈率为75.4％,有效率为19.8％,总有效率为95.2％,与两种专利药膏的治疗效果比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.新型药膏具有逆转病变组织病理、降低病变组织EGFR表达的作用（P＜0.01）.结论 以凡士林、甘油为基质的两种新型药膏对外阴上皮非瘤样病变具有良好的治疗效果,值得进一步研究.

A clinic study onthetherapeutic effects of two neotypeointments to treat leukoplakia vulva

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of two patentointments to treat leukoplakia vul-va by changing the matrix. Methods Vaseline and glycerine were used as matrix to replace the patent matrix in two patent ointments and two kinds of new cream were prepared. 126 patients with leukoplakia vulva were treated by new ointments. The symptoms, the signs, and the vulvar pathology and immuno-histochemistry of the patients before and post - treatment were recorded and analyzed. The results of therapeutic effects of leukoplakia vulva were compared between new cream and patent ointments. Results The cure rate, effective rate and total effectiverate were 75.4%, 19.8% and 95.2%, respectively when new ointments were used to treat leukoplakia vulva. The results did not show significantdifferenee from those in patent ointments （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The new ointment provided the effects of reversing thepatho-logicaldegree and depress of EGFR（ epidermal growth factor receptor）expression inlesions of vulva（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The two ointmentsbased onvaseline and glycerine as matrix have favorable therapeu-tic effects when used to treat nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva, and are worth of further study in clinic.
