人髂腰肌的构筑学研究

摘    要:目的 研究髂腰肌的肌构筑学特征,为深入探讨髂腰肌的功能提供形态学资料.方法 运用肌构筑学法研究5具成人尸体的髂腰肌.结果 髂腰肌平均肌重(295.6±16.77)g,肌长(53.6±4.41)cm,肌纤维长(52.8±4.96)cm,羽状角(14.9±2.77)°,生理横切面积(4.9±0.68)cm2.结论 髂腰肌是由髂肌和腰大肌构成的,倾向于速度型构筑的特征,使髋关节产生屈曲、外展及旋内.

Abstract:Objective To study the architecture of human iliopsoas muscle and further provide the mor-phological basis for the investigation of iliopsoasmuscle function. Methods The iliopsoasmuscle in 5 adult cadavers was studied by the muscle architecture method. Results The average weight, muscle length, fi-ber length, pinnation angle and physiologicalcross sectional area (PCSA) of iliopsoasmuscle were (295.6± 16.77 ) g, ( 53.6 ± 4.41 ) cm, ( 52.8 ± 4.96) cm, ( 14.9 ± 2.77 ) ° and ( 4.9 ± 0.68 ) cm^2. Conclusion Iliopsoas muscle is from the iliac and psoas muscle composition, and inclined to have the architecture feature of speed type, to make hip flexion, abduction and internal rotation.
