复方麻辛雾化液对哮喘豚鼠气道炎症机制的影响

摘    要:目的:观察复方麻辛雾化液对哮喘豚鼠气道炎症的影响。方法:实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、复方麻辛组、沙丁胺醇组,选用豚鼠共80只,采用清蛋白造模,并运用巴氏染色法、放射免疫法、MIL型实验动物肺功能测量仪,分别检测肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸粒细胞(Eos)数、血浆凝血(?)烷(TXB_2)、6-酮-前列腺素(6-K-PGF_(1a))以及清蛋白激发后气道阻力(Ri、Re)和肺顺应性(Cor)。结果:与模型对照组比较,复方麻辛组Eos数目明显降低,6-K-PGF_(1a)含量显著升高,而TXB_2含量无显著差异;复方麻辛组经清蛋白激发后Ri、Re和Cor各值变化不显著,与正常对照组比较无显著差异,与沙丁胺醇组接近,模型对照组清蛋白激发后Ri、Re峰值明显升高,Cor较低,与上述2组比较有显著差异。结论:复方麻辛雾化液能显著抑制哮喘豚鼠的气道炎症反应,改善哮喘豚鼠的肺功能。

Abstract:AIM:To observe the effects of Maxin liquid on airway inflamation in asthma guinea pigs. METHODS:Eighty guinea pigs were randomized into control group,model group,salbutamol treated group and Maxin liquid treated group.Asthma model s were established by ovalbumin.The changes of eosinophile (Eos) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF),thromboxane B_2 and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F_(1a) in blood,the airway resistance (Ri,Re) and the pulmonary compliance (Cor) were observed by Pap staining,radio-immunity (RI),and pulmonary function (PF) test instrument of MIL type specially for experimental animal.RESULTS:Eos in Maxin liquid treated group were remarkably lower than those in model group,6-Keto-prostaglandin F_(1a) in Maxin liquid treated group were remarkably higher than those in model group,but thromboxane B_2 was no significance between two group;the airway resistance (Ri,Re) and the Cor in Maxin liquid treated group was mostly closed to that in control group,and secondly closed to salbutamol treated group,and there was no significant difference between them.Compared with Maxin liquid treated group and salbutamol treated group,the airway resistance peak number increased higher and the Cor decreased lower in model group after stimulated by albumin,and there was significant difference.CONCLUSION:Application of Maxin liquid via atomized inhalation could obviously restrain the airway inflammation and improve the pulmonary function in asthma guinea pigs.
