摘    要:目的:对不同产地水红花子进行HPLC指纹图谱比较研究。方法:选择D iamonsilTMC18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1 m l/m in,检测波长为310 nm。结果:建立了水红花子黄酮类成分的指纹图谱,发现11个共有峰,确定了其相对保留时间和峰面积比值范围。结论:利用该指纹图谱,可以对不同产地水红花子药材进行鉴别,并可在一定程度上进行质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To compare HPLC fingerprint of flavonoids in fruits of Polygonnm orientale from different regions. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm) had been used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid as fradient eluent. The flow rate was 1 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 310 nm. Results: The finerprint of flaxonoids in fruits of Poligonum orientale with 11 common peaks was eatablished. The realative retention time and the range of relative area of the common peaks were determined. CONCLUSION: The established fingerprint can be used for the identification and quality control of flavonoids of Poligonum orientale from different regions.
