高氧平衡盐液用于失血性休克再灌注损伤的防治

摘    要:目的:观察高氧平衡盐液对防治家兔失血休克再灌注损伤效果。方法:家兔休克90min后回输放血总量1/3的血液,同时分别输注平衡盐液(对照组,n=10)及高氧平衡盐液(治疗组,n=10)。结果:再灌注后治疗组平均动脉压(MAP)迅速上升,于再灌注后3h显著高于对照组,CVP及HR较快恢复至休克前的水平,血清丙二醛(MDA)呈下降趋势。而对照组再灌注后MDA显著上升,MAP进行性下降,反映机体组织遭受了再灌注损伤。结论:高氧平衡盐液能迅速逆转失血性休无血流动力学改变,有效防治休克再灌注损伤。

Abstract:AIM To observe protective effect of hyperoxia balanced saline solution on reperfusion injury caused by bleeding shock. METHODS 20 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups ( n =10). 90 minutes after bleeding shock artificially modeled by bleeding, one third volume ofthe lost blood was perfused, then balanced saline solution (BBS) and hyperoxia BBS were intravenously dripped into rabbits in Group A and Group B, respectively. MAP, CVP and HR were recorded and MDA evaluated by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS In Group B, MAP rose swiftly and became significantly higher 3 h after the reperfusion than that of Group A; CVP and HR in Group B rose to normal level less time consuming while serum MDA showed the tendency to decrease. On the other hand, MDA in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B which indicated the damage inducd by reperfusion injury. CONCLUSION Hyperoxia BBS was able to correct the haemodynamic disorder in bleeding shock and effectively prevented the occurrence of reperfusion injury.
