心脏介入治疗后弹力绷带更换时间的探讨

目的探讨心脏介入治疗后更舒适、安全的弹力绷带包扎方法,以减少包扎致皮肤破损的发生率,延长患者睡眠时间。方法将88例心脏介入检查治疗后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,对照组采用传统方法24 h后拆除弹力绷带,观察组采用改进方法术后8 h更换弹力绷带1次,24 h后拆除绷带。结果两组患者局部皮肤破损、睡眠时间、出血情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者夜间睡眠时间延长,皮肤破损、出血发生率较少。结论心脏介入术后弹力绷带术后8 h更换1次的方法安全可行,减少了患者皮肤破损、出血的发生率,改善了患者的睡眠,有利于康复。

Exploration into Replacing Time of Elastic Sticky Bandage after Cardiac Interventional Therapy
