盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液在近视儿童散瞳验光中的应用

摘    要:目的分析1%盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液(赛飞杰)对3-12岁近视儿童散瞳验光的结果,探讨其在3-12岁近视儿童散瞳验光中应用的可行性。方法对58例(116只眼)年龄3-12岁近视儿童患者,分别用1%盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液和1%阿托品眼膏散瞳验光,比较两种方法的验光结果。结果 1%盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液与1%阿托品眼膏散瞳后球镜值和柱镜值差异无显著性,P0.05。球镜值在116只眼中,结果相同或相差≤0.50D者114只眼,相差≥0.75D者2只眼,球镜值符合率为98.28%。柱镜值在68只眼中,结果相同或相差≤0.25D者67只眼,相差≥0.75D者1只眼,符合率为98.53%。各年龄组球镜值和柱镜值符合率均在95%以上,差异无统计学意义,P0.05。结论 1%盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液是一种安全有效的睫状肌麻痹剂,可用于3-12岁近视儿童散瞳验光。

Abstract:Objective To study the value of 1% cyclopentolate hydrochloride(Cyclogyl)in mydriatic optometry for children aged 3-12 with myopia.Methods Fifty eight children(aged 3-12) with myopia were subjected to mydriatic optometry by 1% cyclopentolate hydrochloride and 1% atropine mydriasis,and then the refractive results were compared.Results There was no significant difference between 1% cyclopentolate hydrochloride and 1% atropine in means of the spherical lens and that of column lens after mydriasis,P0.05.Among the 116 eyes,114 eyes presented identical optometric results or less than 0.50D difference,while 2 eyes had more than 0.75D difference after the instillation of the two agents,with 98.28% in agreement with the degree of spherical lens.Among the 68 eyes,67 eyes presented identical optometric results or less than 0.25D difference,while 1 eyes had more than 0.75D difference after the instillations of the two agents,with 98.53% in agreement with the degree of column lens.The agreement with the degree of spherical lens and column lens were above 95%,and no significant difference among different age grades,P0.05.Conclusion 1% cyclopentolate hydrochloride can apply for mydriatic optometry in children aged 3-12 with myopia because of its safety and efficiency.
