摘    要:目的:了解MK-801对大鼠感染性脑水肿是否具有保护作用及可能的作用机制。方法:ELISA法与Griess法分别测大鼠感染性脑水肿模型脑组织匀浆中IL-1β,TNFα和NO含量。结果:MK-801预处理后能显著降低PB组大鼠的脑含水量,钠离子含量,IL-1β,TNFα及NO含量,增加钾离子含量。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the protective effect and its possible mechanism of action infective encephaledema of rats.Methods:Thecontents of IL-1B,TNFa and NO in the brain tissue homogenate of the rat model of infective encephaledema were measured by the methods of ELISA and Griess respectively.Results:The pretreatment of MK-801 could significantly reduce the cerebral content of water,sodion,IL-1B,TNFa and NO,significanly increase potassium ion all together. Conclusions:MK-801 acts the part of protection on infective encephaledema of rats.The possible mechanism of action may lie in decreasing the production of IL-1B,TNFa and NO after having blocked NMDA receptor.
