摘    要:用光镜、电镜和扫描图像分析仪,对比观察静脉注射与肿瘤局部注射血卟啉衍生物并光照,小鼠皮下型H_(22)肝癌细胞的形态学和DNA含量的改变。结果显示,两种给药法并光照对瘤细胞均有杀伤效应,后者更为显著。本实验为治疗某些体表肿瘤采用局部注药光照法,减少全身用药量和毒副作用提供了形态学依据。

Abstract:With light and electron microscopy and texture analysis system(TAS), the morphologic changes and the content of DNA after injecting HPD in different pathway and lighting on mice H22 hepatoma were observed. This study showed that HPD injected intravenously and tumor locally and red-light irradiation could result in obvious injury of tumor cells, especially by tumor local injection and light irradiation. In order to reduce various side-effects, tumor local injection and light may be used in clinical treatment. This article has provided morphological basis as a reference.
