| 摘 要： | 目的：观察谷氨酰胺佐治急性儿童腹泻的临床疗效。方法：将100例急性腹泻患儿随机分成治疗组与对照组各50倒，两组病例常规治疗药物相似，治疗组静脉滴注10％谷氨酰胺100ml／日，另50例腹泻患儿常规综合治疗作为对照组。结果：治疗组总有效率96％，与对照组相比p〈0．05。结论：谷氨酰胺佐治儿童急性腹泻疗效显著、安全、简便、实用。

| Abstract: | Obiective： Observe glutamine clinical effects of treatment of acute childhood diarrhea. MethodThe 100 cases of children with acute diarrhea were randomly di- vided 50 patients in each treatment group and the control group, two groups of cases similar to conventional therapies, intravenous in{usion in the treatment group 10% gluta- mine 100ml/day, another 50 cases of routine comprehensive treatment of children with diarrhea as the control group. Results The total effectiveness in treatment group is 96%, p〈0.05 in comparison with the control group. Conclusion.. Glutamine accessory treatment in children with acute diarrhea is effective, safe, simple, and practical. |
