门诊输液流程改造前后的E匕较

目的：将改造前后两种输液流程进行比较，探讨最佳的输液流程。方法：选择门诊开具2天输液病人120例，第1天采用传统输液流程作为对照组，第2天来用专人配药、专人注射、专人引导护送流水线输液流程作为实验组，记录2组穿刺成功率、操作时间、患者等候时间、及完成全部输液总耗时间。结果：2组穿刺成功率比较，差异无统计学意义（p〉0．05）；而操作时间、患者等候时间、总耗时间，实验组与对照蛆比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：流水线输液流程穿刺成功率高，操作时间、病人等候时间、总耗时间均缩短，患者的需求得到满足，并提高了护士的工作效率。

Comparison between two infusion processes

Objective To evaluate the better infusion processes by comparing the conventional infusion process with modified infusion process. Methods A total of 120 pa tients issued 2--day infusion were retrieved for the present study.Each patient was infused by a conventional infusion process as a control at day t and the modified infusion pr~＇- cess at day 2, including the personal dispensing and special injection with personal escort during the infusion process.The success rate of puncture, operating time, waiting time and duration time of whole process were recorded. Results There was no significant difference of the success rate of puncture between2 groups （p2〉0.05）. However, the opera tion time, waiting time and durition time of whole process were significantly shorter in the modified infusion process than the conventional infusion process （p〈0.05） . Conclu sion The modifed infusion process including the personal dispensing and special injection with personal escort is better than the conventional infusion process. It increases the satisfaction of patients and improves the working efficiency of nurses.
