| 摘 要： | 通过在病区安全管理中推广应用护理标识,体现病人住院流程中不同阶段的护理要求,增强护士的风险防范意识,重视管理环节中的细节问题,突出以人为本的人文关怀,达到进一步减少护理差错和缺陷发生的目的。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the application of nursing marks in the safety management of general surgery department.This practice embodied patients' needs in different stages of hospitalization,strengthened nurses' sense of safety,emphasized on the particular in the process management,focused on "people-centered" humanistic care,and further reduced nursing mistakes and defects. |
