早期心理护理对缺血性脑卒中患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨早期实施心理护理对缺血性脑卒中患者康复及生活质量的影响。方法将81例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为研究组41例和对照组40例。两组除均采用相同的神经内科常规治疗外,还通过《医学应对方式问卷（中文版）》（MCMQ）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）了解研究组心理状态,对其实施有针对性的心理护理。在患者发病后12周,采用MESSS评分表和WHOQOL-BREF评分表对两组患者的神经功能恢复情况和生活质量进行评价。结果发病后12周,研究组的MESSS和WHO-QOL-BREF评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对缺血性脑卒中患者早期实施有针对性的心理护理,可促进患者神经功能恢复,提高患者的生活质量。

Early psychological care on the quality of life in patients with ischemic strok

Objective To investigate the efficacy of early targeted psychological care on the rehabilitation and quality of life in ischemic stroke patients.Methods 81 cases with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into study group（41 cases）and control group（40 cases）.Besises both groups were treated with the same neurological conventional therapy,the study group was measured with MCMQ,SAS,SDS and treated with targeted psychological care base on these measurements.At the time after 12 weeks of pathogenesis,the recovery of neurological function and quality of life in the patients were measured with MESSS and WHOQOL-BREF.Results After 12 weeks of pathogenesis,scores of MESSS and WHOQOL-BREF in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early targeted psychological care could promote the neurological function recovery of ischemic stroke patiens,and enhance their quality of life.
