康复训练辅助治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效观察

目的探讨康复训练对急性脑梗死患者临床疗效与肢体功能恢复的影响。方法将122例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组（61例）和对照组（61例）。对照组采用单纯药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采用早期肢体功能康复训练。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组入院时（28.5±13.6）分,入院1月时（52.5±12.5）分;对照组入院时（29.2±12.9）分。入院1月时（40.5±11.9）分。两组日常生活能力在病后1月时均较入院时有明显的提高（P〈0.05）,观察组日常生活能力显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论康复训练能促进急性脑梗死患者肢体功能的恢复,提高患者的生活能力及生存质量。

Adjuvant treatment of rehabilitation efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate the rehabilitation training on the clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction and recovery of limb function.Methods 122 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,observation group（61 cases）and control group（61 cases）.Control group with simple drug treatment,observation group based on the use of early rehabilitation of limb function.The clinical effects and ADL were recorded in two groupsResults The total effective rate was significantly higher（P0.05）.Observation group on admission（28.5±13.6）,admitted in January when（52.5±12.5）;the control group on admission（29.2±12.9）.Admission in January when the（40.5±11.9）.Two activities of daily living in patients admitted to hospital after 1 month when compared with significantly improved（P0.05）,the observation group activities of daily living were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral infarction can promote the recovery of limb function and improve the ability of life of patients and quality of life.
