CAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病疗效观察

目的：通过应用CAG方案（小剂量阿糖胞苷、阿克拉霉素、粒细胞集落刺激因子）治疗老年急性髓系白血病（AML）,评价CAG方案治疗老年AML的疗效。方法：应用CAG方案（阿克拉霉素14mg·m^-2·d^-1,第1-4天静脉滴注;Ara-c10mg·m^-2,第1-14天,皮下注射q12h;粒细胞集落刺激因子300ug·d^-1,皮下注射,第1-14天。）治疗11例老年AML,一个疗程后评估疗效及不良反应。结果：应用CAG方案治疗的11例老年AML中,3例完全缓解（CR）,4例部分缓解（PR）,总有效率63.6%,4例未缓解（NR）36.4%。大部分患者出现可耐受的骨髓抑制,未见有明显的心、肝、肾等脏器损害。结论：CAG方案副作用轻微,是治疗老年AML安全有效的诱导方案。

Therapeutic Effect of CAG Regimen for Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Elderly Patients

Objective： To study therapeutic effect and toxicity of CAG program on elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia. Methods： The 11 patients were treated with CAG program （a subcutaneous injection of Ara-c 10mg·m^-2, every 12 hours, for 1st to 14th days; intravenous drip of Acla 14mg·m^-2·d^-1, for 1st to 4th days; subcutaneous injection of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor of 300ug·d^-1, for 1st to 14th days）. Results： CAG program for elderly AML total effective rate was 63.6%, of which 3 cases got complete remission, partial remission 4 cases. Most of the cases had mild marrow inhibition which could be tolerated. No serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ damage. Conclusion： CAG in the treatment of elderly AML has better results and high tolerance of chemotherapy.
