| 摘 要： | 近年来,广州医学院探索实施附属医院组团式临床教学管理模式,临床教学质量得到了有力的保证和提高.该模式包括四个方面的内容:①建立组团式附属医院临床教学工作协调平台;②组建以学科为单位的组团式临床教学团队;③实施附属医院组团式的教学运行方式;④建立多层面交叉式临床教学质量监控体系.

| Abstract: | In recent years, Guangzhou Medical University has adopted a new management model of grouped clinical teaching. The clinical teaching quality is assured and improved. The model of grouped clinical teaching includes: set up a coordination platform, established the clinical teaching groups, conducted the clinical teaching operation by grouped affiliated hospitals, established the multi-dimensional and cross-network quality monitoring system for clinical teaching. |
