微波对大鼠心肌细胞超微结构的影响

摘    要:用低功率密度的微波,全身照射大鼠,观察其心肌超微结构的变化。电镜下见到20mw/Cm~2,10mw/Cm~2和1mw/Cm~2组的大鼠心肌细胞超微结构均有程度不同的变化。结果,线粒体变化最明显,可见线粒体异形、融合,嵴缺损及空化等,细胞核膜皱折增多,并偶见肌丝松散。表明低功率密度的微波对大鼠心肌有一定影响。

Abstract:This paper reports (he effects of a single whole-body radiation of low power density microwave on the cardiac muscle ultrasturcture in rats. The ultras tructures of the cardiac muscles were changed to some extent. It was found that changes were more evident in 20mw/cm2 and 10mw/cm2group than that of 1mw/ cm2group. We found that the shapes of mitochondria were abnormal and in fusion) cristae defected and vacuolatedi the nuclear membrane wrinkles increased and the looseness of myofilaments was occasionally seen. These facts showed that low power density microwave has effects on the cardiac muscle of rat.
