VEGF-A及其受体在多种恶性血液病中的研究进展

血管内皮生长因子A(VEGF-A)是一种具有血管通透性的糖蛋白,属血管内皮生长因子家族中的一员,通过与靶器官相应的受体结合发生二聚体化和自身磷酸化发挥作用。VEGF-A可协同其它细胞因子促使内皮细胞的生长、增殖、迁移,导致大量新生血管的形成,为白血病细胞对淋巴网状组织的侵袭提供了充足的养分,不仅起到抑制树突细胞成熟的作用,还可以触发破骨溶骨活动及诱发破骨细胞的趋化现象,使内皮细胞和残留的基质细胞产生趋化作用。因此,在各种恶性血液病中,VEGF-A及其受体表达的高低与疾病的发生、发展、预后有着密切的联系。本文就VEGF-A及其受体与各种血液系统恶性肿瘤的相关研究进展作一综述。

Research advancement of vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A)and VEGF-A receptor in hematologic diseases

Vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A)is a glycoprotein with vasopermeability and belongs to the family of endothelial growth factor.VEGF-A takes effect by combining the corresponding receptor of the target organ and then forming a dimer autophosphorylation.Cooperating with other cytokines,VEGF-A could cause the growth,proliferation and migration of endothelial cells,consequently conduce to the formation of substantial new vessels that could furnish lymphatic leukemia cells with sufficient nutrition,which is available for lymphatic leukemia cells to attack lymphoreticular tissue.VEGF-A could also restrain the dendritic cells from maturation,induce osteolytic activities,osteoclast chemotaxis,endotheliocyte and bone marrow stroma cells chemotaxis.Therefore,there must be a close relationship between VEGF-A,expression level of its receptor and the causes,processes,development,consequences of various hematologic malignancies.Herein,an overview of research progress of the relativity between the VEGF-A and its receptor with various malignant hematological diseases is described.
