| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高频超声诊断不同性质甲状腺结节的临床价值。方法:选取我院2016年3月-2017年3月收治的70例甲状腺结节患者。分析不同甲状腺结节的临床特征及甲状腺结节恶性的危险因素。结果:患者年龄、结节数量、结节大小、高频超声表现与甲状腺结节性质有关(P<0.05)。甲状腺恶性结节影响因素为形态、微钙化、纵横比(≥1)这3项变量。甲状腺癌超声表现为不均质低回声,形状不规则,边界不清,锯齿状或蟹足状,良性结节多为粗大钙化,点状、片状、弧状或不规则的强回声光团。结论:高频超声在鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性中作用显著,高频超声中形态不规则、微钙化及纵横比≥1是甲状腺结节恶性的风险因素。高频超声对于早期确诊甲状腺癌,具有诊断辅助作用。
