口服给药医嘱400例临床分析

目的 探讨口服给医嘱存在的问题及对策。方法 随机抽查内，外，妇，儿科住院病历各100例，共400例。针对口服给药医嘱，进行临床药学分析。结果 服药后出现的情况及反应，在发药时未向病人交待8例，占2．0％，不合理用药23例，占5．7％。结论 加强护理工作，重视护理药学，对于把好合理用药的最后一关，具有极其重要的意义。

Clinical analysis of medical orders of in 400 cases

Objective To explore the problems existed in medical order of oral administration and the countermeasure.Methods One hundred case records from internal medical department,surgical department,department of obstetrics and gynecoiogy,and pediatrics department were randomly collected(total 400 cases) and clinical pharmacology of the oral administration was analyzed based on the medical orders.Results The conditions and adverse reactions appeaed after taking medicine.Among them,8 cases(2%) didn't accepte the explaination when drugs were given,in 23 cases(5.7%) the oral administration was unreasonable.Conclusion It's very significant and necessary to strengthen the nursing work and take the nursing pharmacology seriously.
