经颅眶入路手术治疗眼眶血管平滑肌瘤（附文献复习）

目的:探讨眼眶肿瘤手术入路的选择,报道2例眼眶血管平滑肌瘤,并对该疾病进行了文献复习。方法:2例眼眶血管平滑肌瘤分别采用额眶入路和额颞-眶颧入路手术切除。结果:2例眼眶血管平滑肌瘤均完整切除,术后半年患者视力均有改善,无永久并发症。结论:眼眶血管平滑肌瘤是一种良性肿瘤,可采用经颅眶入路手术安全切除,手术入路的选择取决于肿瘤位于视神经的上方还是下方。

Orbital Angioleiomyoma Treated via Transcranial Orbitotomy and Review of the Literature

Aim:To explore the optimum approach to the orbital tumor and report 2 cases of orbital angioleiomyoma and review the literature.Methods:The two cases were treated respectively via left fronto- orbital approach and right frontotemporal orbitozygomatic approach.Results:Complete tumor resections were achieved in both cases.Half a year follow-up after operation the vision conditions of both cases improved and there were no permanent complications.Conclusions:The orbital angioleiomyoma is a benign tumor, it can be safely removed via transcranial orbitotomy,and the optimum approach to the tumor is determined by whether it is superior or inferior to the optic nerve.
