膀胱肿瘤组织中bFGF和微血管密度的免疫组化研究

摘    要:目的 使用免疫组化方法研究膀胱肿瘤组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达情况及微血管密度(MVD)水平。方法 手术切除的膀胱肿瘤组织26例,应用bFGF抗体、CD34 Envision两步法进行免疫组化染色。bFGF免疫组化染色参考Matern方法进行评分,MVD的计数按Weidner法并稍改进。结果 bFGF在膀胱肿瘤组织中的过表达及MVD值随着病理分级和临床分期的升高而增加,MVD的多少与bFGF表达强弱有关。结论 血管生成因子bFGF促进膀胱肿瘤的微血管生成和浸润,为抑制肿瘤微血管生成的治疗提供了试验依据。

Abstract:Purpose To study expression of bFGF and microvessel density(MVD) in bladder tumor tissues. Methods bFGF and MVD were analyzed immunohistochemically in 26 cases of bladder tumor by using the antibodies against bFGF and CD34.The results of bFGF immunohistochemically were analyzed by the method described by Matern, and MVD determinations were performed according to the method described by Weidner. Results bFGF overexpression and MVD were significantly associated with pathology grade and clinical stage of tumors. Conclusions bFGF promotes the microvessels growing and invading, supply the evidence to the therapy of inhibiting angiogenesis.
