心理护理对汽车安全气囊致眼外伤患者精神状态及满意度的影响

目的探讨心理护理对汽车安全气囊致眼外伤患者精神状态及满意度的影响。方法将26例汽车安全气囊致眼外伤患者随机分成2组,各13例,对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在此基础上进行心理护理干预。两组护理后用焦虑自测量表和抑郁自测量表测量焦虑抑郁评分,并统计平均住院日、平均住院费用和患者满意度,对两组结果进行比较。结果实验组焦虑自测量表、抑郁自测量表评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。实验组患者的住院日数,平均住院费用较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),患者满意度较对照组显著提高(P<0.01)。结论对汽车安全气囊致眼外伤患者进行心理护理干预,可明显减轻患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,减少住院时间和费用,提高患者满意度。

The Affect of the Minds and satisfaction of Patients Who Have Ocular Injuries by Automotive Air Bag after Psychological Nursing

Objective To investigate the affect of the minds and satisfaction of patients who have ocular injuries by automotive air bag after psychological nursing. Methods A total of 26 cases have ocular injuries by automotive air bag were divided into two groups, each had 13 patients. The control group was given normal care and the test group was given psychological nursing, the two group were evaluated by SAS and SDS after nursing. then compile the statistics of patients' dates and the fees spend in hospital, and evaluate the satisfaction of the patients. Results the score of SAS and SDS in test group were markedly decreased (P<0.01). The dates and the fees spend in hospital of test group were markedly decreased (P<0.05). The satisfaction of test patients were markedly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the mind and the satisfaction of the patients who have ocular injuries by automotive air bag, and decrease their dates and fees spending in hospital.
