上颌窦良性占位性病变的早期诊断与治疗

目的 :探讨单纯上颌窦良性占位性病变的早期诊治方法。方法 :回顾分析 1997年 11月至 2 0 0 2年6月 4 8例单纯上颌窦良性占位性病变的临床资料。结果 :患者均行鼻窦CT检查明确诊断为上颌窦良性占位性病变 ,经鼻内窥镜手术 ,术后随访 6月至 3年 ,全部治愈。结论 :对反复出血或有头昏、头痛等症状而鼻腔及其它无异常者应行鼻窦CT ,如果发现上颌窦内密度增高 ,应及时经鼻内窥镜手术治疗 ,可取得根治和微创的效果

Early diagnosis and treatment of the benign occupying lesions of maxillary sinus

Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the benign occupying lesions of maxillary sinus in early stage. Method: The clinical data of 48 cases with benign occupying lesions of maxillary sinus were analysed retrospectively. Result: All cases were made diagnosis of occupying lesions of maxillary sinus by CT scanning for nasal sinuses, and cleaned away the lesions by endoscopic sinus surgery.Followed-up ranged from 6 months to 3 years all of cases were cured. Conclusion: CT scanning for nasal sinus lesion is helpful to make diagnosis for the patients with the syndromes such as epistaxis, dizziness, headache but the nasal cavity being normal. To the patients with high dentisty of maxillary sinus through CT, they could be cured and get effect of microtrauma by endoscopic sinus surgery.
