| 摘 要： | 目的 :为有限的医药费用提供一种合理的配置。方法 :根据文献选择 96例泌尿生殖道感染者 ,随机分成A、B、C组 ,A组 :口服克拉霉素 2 5 0mg,1日 2次 ;B组 :口服罗红霉素 15 0mg ,1日 2次 ;C组 :口服阿莫西林 5 0 0mg,1日 3次 ,1疗程均为 7d。运用药物经济学的成本 -效果分析方法进行评价。结果 :3种治疗方案对泌尿生殖道感染的成本 -效果比分别为 1.97、1.4 9、1.0 9。经敏感度分析后分别为 1.93、1.5 3、1.19。结论 :C方案为最佳方案

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To provide a rational arrangement for our limited medical cost. METHODS: According to literature reports, 96 cases of genitourinary infection were selected:A(Clarithromycin,250mg,Po,bid);B(Roxithromycin,150mg,Po,bid);C(Amoxicillin,500mg,Po,tid).The plans were evaluated by pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS:The cost-effectiveness ratio of Clarithromycin ,Roxithromycin,Amoxicillin for genitourinary infections was 1.97, 1.49 ,1.09, respectively. After sensitivity analysis,the ratio changed to 1.93,1.53 and 1.19. CONCLUSION:Plan C is the best one. |
