经尿道电化学治疗难治性慢性前列腺炎临床观察

目的探讨经尿道电化学治疗难治性慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法应用前列腺电化学刀经尿道治疗难治性慢性前列腺炎病人32例,并对临床效果进行跟踪分析。结果本组中30例（93.8%）治疗后症状完全消失,2例（6.25%）症状较前缓解;治疗后1个月前列腺液常规化验25例（78.2%）正常,5例（15.6%）白细胞及脓球减少,2例（6.25%）无变化;本组28列（87.5%）治疗后性功能改善。结论经尿道电化学治疗难治性慢性前列腺炎是一种有效、简便的治疗方法,但对一些未育的慢性前列腺炎患者应慎用。

Observation of the electrochemistry cutter treating the refractory chronic prostatitis transurethral resection

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating the refractory chronic prostatitis with the electrochemistry cutter transurethral resection. Methods A summary of treating 30 typical refractory chronic prostatitis patients with electrochemistry cutter transurethral resection was made and the clinical effect was follow-up analyzed. Results After treating with electrochemistry cutter, there were 30 patients symptoms were eliminated, 2 patients got better .A month late, the result of EPS-Rt showed that 25 cases had returned normal, 5cases WBC had reduced ,and 2 cases lossed efficacy. The sexuality was improved for 28 patients. Conclusion Electrochemistry cutter transurethral resection is efficacious in treating the refractory chronic prostatitis, ets. It is easy and simple to apply. But it must be extremely discreated for the patients who never procreated children.
