| 摘 要： | 本文报告恶性组织细胞病40例,均经骨髓涂片及/或血液涂片、尸体解剖确诊。本组男:女=2.3:1,发病高峰年龄为30—40岁,主要临床表现为发热,贫血,出血,肝脾肿大。对血象与骨髓象的改变进行了分析,主要死亡原因是感染,出血和衰竭。本文还讨论了恶性组织细胞病的病因、诊断、治疗和预后问题。

| Abstract: | 40 cas s of malignant histocytosis were reported, Diagnosis was confirmed by bone marrow smears and/or blood smears, or autopsy. The ratio of male to temale was 2.3:1.The incidental age peaks of patients were in 30—40 years. efver, anemia, hemorrhage, and hepatlienomegaly were the main clinical features Morphological studies on the bone marrow and blood cell were made. The major causes of death were infection, hemorrhage and failure. Etiology, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of prognosis of the disease were also discussed. |
