摘    要:目的:探讨了精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清NO、IL-6、IL-8水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析和化学法对37例精神分裂症患者进行了治疗前后血清NO、IL-6、IL-8检测,并与35名正常人作比较。结果:精神分裂症患者在治疗前血清NO、IL-6、IL-8水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P〈0.01),而NO水平则显著地低于正常人组(P〈0.01),经治疗6个月后与正常人组比较仍有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:检测精神分裂症患者血清NO、IL-6、IL-8水平的变化与患者的病情和愈后密切相关,有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the significance of changes of serum NO, IL-6 and IL-8 levels after treatment in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Serum IL-6, IL-8 (with RIA) and NO (with bio-chemistry) levels were determined in 37 patients with schizophrenia both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls. Results Before treatment, the serum IL-6, IL-8 levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls (P〈0.01). While the serum NO levels were significantly lower (P〈0.01). After six weeks’ treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 in the patients, though dropped markedly still remained significantly higher (P〈0.05) than those in controls. The serum NO levels, though markedly increased after treatment, were still remained significantly lower than those in the controls (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum NO, IL-6 and IL-8 levels were closely related to the diseases process of schizophrenia and were of prognostic values.
