脑膜瘤和星形细胞瘤X-刀立体定向放射外科治疗后临床病理特点分析

目的　探索X 刀立体定向放射外科治疗对脑膜瘤和星形细胞瘤的疗效和影响。方法　结合临床资料观察和比较 2 0例经X 刀立体定向放射治疗后的脑膜瘤和星形细胞瘤的病理组织学变化特点。结果　大多数经治疗后的脑肿瘤组织发生了程度不等的凝固性坏死和血管的病变。结论　X 刀立体定向放射外科治疗可使星形细胞瘤和大部分脑膜瘤发生变性坏死 ,变性坏死与肿瘤的分化程度和血管数量、病变程度关系密切

Clinical Histopathologic Observation on Meningioma and Astrocytoma after X-knife Stereotactic Radiosurgery

Objective To investigate the curative effec t on the patients with meningioma and astrocytoma treated by X knife stereotact ic radiosurgery. Methods 20 cases of intracranial tumor samples after X knife stereotactic radiosurgery were histopathologically observed with clinic al information. Results The coagulative necrosis with different degree and blood vessel damage s could be observed in most cases of tumor samples. Conclusion X knife stereotactic radiosurgery can cause astro cytomas and most of meningiomas to happen degenerations and necrosis,and the amo unt of blood vessels in tumor tissues and differentiation degrees in astrocytoma s are highly related to necrosis of the tumor tissues.
