个体化定制健康宣教对结肠造口旁疝术后患者自护能力及疾病认知的影响

摘    要:目的研究个体化定制健康宣教对结肠造口旁疝术后患者自护能力及疾病认知的影响。 方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在复旦大学附属华山医院疝与腹壁外科进行结肠造口旁疝术的患者84例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组采用个体化定制健康宣教,对照组采用常规知识宣教,随访3个月后比较2组患者的自护能力、疾病认知水平、生活质量以及并发症发生情况。 结果观察组患者术后1和3个月的自护能力、疾病认知水平以及生活质量得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者随着个体化定制健康宣教时间的增加,自护能力、疾病认知水平以及生活质量得分均显著高于1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论通过实施个体化定制健康宣讲,可以提高结肠造口旁疝术患者的自我护理能力和对疾病的认识,有效防止并发症的发生,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of personalized health education on the degree of illness cognition and self-care ability of patients after parastomal hernia of colostomy. MethodsEighty- four patients, who underwent the parastomal hernia of colostomy, were selected from January 2017 to January 2018 in Huashan hospital. All the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 42 cases, respectively. The observation group was under the personalized health education and the control group was under the conventional education. The self-care ability, the degree of illness cognition, quality of life and complications were compared between two groups followed up for 3 months. ResultsThe scores of self-care ability, the degree of illness cognition, quality of life were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group with postoperative 1 month and 3 months (P<0.05), and scores in the observation group were increasing. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe personalized health education can improve self-care ability, the degree of illness cognition, quality of life and complications after parastomal hernia of colostomy, which is worth of clinical promotion.
