氯沙坦治疗高血压并高尿酸血症临床观察

目的观察氯沙坦降压对尿酸的影响.方法把44例原发性高血压并高尿酸患者,随机分为:治疗组和对照组.治疗组22例,口服氯沙坦50mg(片剂)每日一次.对照组22例,口服依那普利10mg(片剂)每日一次,四周为一个疗程.结果(1)两组患者治疗前和治疗4周后的血压均值间差别有显著性意义(P＜0.05),但两组间差别无显著性意义(P均＞0.05).(2)两组患者治疗后血尿酸均值间差别有显著性意义(P＜0.05).(3)不良反应:两组干咳发生率间差别有显著性意义(x2=4.84,P＜0.05).两组的肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等指标治疗前后无明显改变.结论氯沙坦与依那普利都有同时降低血压和血尿酸的作用,但是氯沙坦降尿酸的作用强于依那普利.

Effect of Losartan on 22 hypertensive patieuts with hyperuricemia

Objective To obsenve effect of Losartan on hyerteasion and uric acid. Methods 44 cases of hypertension with hyperuricemia with hyptruicenia were randomisedly Iudivided treatment group and coutrolgroup Treatment group: 22 cases. Losartau 50mg(tablet) daily(oral), four weeks. Control group:22 cases, Enalapril 10mg daily(oral), four weeks. Results 1. Average Blood Presaure in distauce of Both two groups between day and day 28 in wera siguificant(P<0.05), but the bistance between two groups wertn't siguificaut(P>0.05). 2. Average blood uric aeid of day 28 between two groups were significant(P<0.05). 3. Adverse action. Average incidence of dry cough between two groups were siynificaut (x2=4.84, P<0.05). 4. No significant change of liverfuaction, blood sugar,blood lipid after treatment in both groups. Conclusions Decreaseing action on blood pressure and blood uric aeid of both Losartan and Enalapril were observed. Decreasing aetion of Losartan on blood uric aeid was big than Enalapril.
