| 摘 要： | 尽管基础医学与临床医学在不断发展,但心力衰竭的病死率及病残率仍然很高。普遍期望早期诊断及早期干预以改观心力衰竭的预后。在过去10年期间,随着心力衰竭的病理生理及分子学机制研究的进展,心脏生物学标志物,特别是脑利钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide,BNP）受到广泛重视。BNP对成人心力衰竭的诊断、预后的估计及指导治疗等方面的应用已进行很多研究,在儿科的研究也在逐步增多。
