| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同情况下硅油取出手术中切口部位的选择。方法：回顾性分析自1999年以来各种硅油取出手术共95例95眼。结果：采用巩膜切口行硅油取出68眼，采用角膜切口27眼。硅油取出均顺利，取油时间20－30min。结论：硅油取出过程中具体的切口部位应灵活选择，因人而异。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the choice of incision in the course of removing silicone oil to get the best operative outcome. Methods 95 cases of silicone oil removal since 1999 was analyzed retrospectively. Results Sclera incision was done for 68 eyes and corneal incision for 27 eyes in the course of silicone oil removal. The procedures were smooth in all cases. Time consumed was 20-30 minutes. Conclusion The choice of incision for the oil removal should depend on different conditions of the patients. |
