药物性肝炎196例临床分析

目的 分析196例药物性肝炎患者的临床资料,为临床安全用药提供帮助.方法 回顾性分析196例药物性肝炎患者的临床表现、致病药物种类、药物引起肝损害的出现时间以及各型药物性肝炎的ALT水平特点.结果 引起药物性肝炎的药物种类众多,其中中药占了很高比例(91/196,46.43%).本组药物性肝炎中肝细胞型59例、胆汁淤积型69例和混合型68例.结论 了解药物性肝炎的特点,有助于提高临床医师对药物性肝炎的认识,提高临床用药的安全性.

Clinical analysis of 196 cases of drug-induced hepatitis

Objective To analyse, the clinical data of 196 cases of drng-induced hepatitis and to improve the medication safety in clinical practice. Methods Retrospective analysis on the clinical manifestations, species of drugs inducing liver injury,time interval of drug application and liver injury,features of ALT level in 196 cases of drng-induced hepatitis. Results Species of drugs inducing hepatitis were diverse, and among the total, Chinese herbal drugs were very common(91/196,46.43% ).There were 59 cases of hepatocyte-injury type, 69 cases of cholestasis type and 68 cases of mixed type in this drug-induced hepatitis group. Conclusions Understanding the features of drug-induced hepatitis is helpful to improve the medication safety in clinical practice.
