| 摘 要： | 综合而言,这些报告认为手术治疗移位的跟骨骨折比保守治疗有一些好处。尤其是手术治疗能改善没有接受工伤赔偿患者组的功能,这在临床是有利的。在附带的其他研究中利用基于患者主官感受的生活质量的测量方法来证明这些亚组的积极的治疗结果是必需的。

| Abstract: | Taken together, these reports suggest some benefit from operative compared with nonoperative treatment in the care of displaced calcaneal fractures. In particular, the suggestion that operative care may improve function in certain subgroups of patients who do not receive workers' compensation may be of particular clinical benefit. Additional studies using patient-oriented quality of life measures to verify the positive results of surgery in these subgroups are needed. |
