| 摘 要： | 目的:优选肉苁蓉最佳提取工艺。方法:根据肉苁蓉中各药物化学成分及药理作用,在单因素考察影响提取物出膏率和有效成分含量基础上,采用正交试验设计,以提取物麦角甾苷含量为考察指标,对影响麦角甾苷提取因素的工艺溶剂乙醇浓度、液料比及提取时间进行试验。结果:最佳提取工艺为药材中加入10倍量60%的乙醇回流提取,提取2h。结论:该工艺下的肉苁蓉中麦角甾苷含量提取可达0.397%。

| Abstract: | Objective：The technology of extracting Acteoside by ethanol from Cistanche deserticol was studied in this article.Methods：The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by orthogonal test.Results：The optimal extraction process is as follows：phase ratio of solid to liquid（g∶mL） of 1∶10 extraction time of 2 h,ethanol to whole extraction system in volume of 60%.Conclusion：The extraction yield reached 0.397%. |
