腹腔镜手术治疗低血容量休克型异位妊娠的可行性研究

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗低血容量休克型异位妊娠的可行性。方法2005～2006年我院共收治低血容量休克型异位妊娠患者78例,其中腹腔镜手术组45例,开腹手术组33例,对两组患者的术前病史、术中情况和术后恢复情况进行比较分析。结果腹腔镜手术组和开腹手术组的手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组患者全部治疗成功,均无并发症发生。结论应用腹腔镜手术治疗低血容量休克型异位妊娠安全可靠,具有手术时间短、术后肠道功能恢复快、住院时间短等优点。

Research on the Feasibility of the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy with Hypovolemic Shock with Laparoscopy

Objective To explore the feasibility of treating ectopic pregnancy with hyporolemic shock with laparoscopy.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted for the data of 78 patients handled in our hospital from 2005 to 2006 who had ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock and underwent different operations,of which 45 cases were treated with laparoscopy and 33 with open surgery.The preoperative case history,intraoperative condition and post operative outcome between the two groups were compared.Results In the aspects of operation time,time of exhaust after operation,duration of hospitalization,laparoscopy group was significantly better than open group(P<0.05).All cases in the two groups were operated successfully without nay complication.Conclusion It is safe and credible that ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock be treated by laparoscopy,which is short in operation time,rapid in recovery of intestine function after operation and short in duration of hospitalization.
