上海市区高中生健康和营养状况调查

目的为了解上海市区高中学生健康和营养状况及存在主要问题，为政府制定学校卫生保健工作发展规划，促进学生健康成长提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法进行问卷调查，收集高中学生的健康、饮食、运动、生活习惯等资料并进行分析。结果高中生健康营养状况不尽人意，存在营养过剩与营养不良并存、视力不良大于2／3、挑食偏食严重、饮食不合理、睡眠和运动严重不足。结论提高青春期身心健康，重视合理营养、加强体育锻炼、优化生活方式等改善外界环境因素是重要途径。

Investigation on the status of nutrition and health among high school students in Shanghai

Objective To study the nutritional and health status of high school student's in the urban area of Shanghai and offer scientific reference and consultation basis for the government to establish the plan of development of adolescent hygiene and health care. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted and the data of related factors of health,diet,exercise,and living habit of high school students were collected and applied to analyze the behavioral pattern by the cluster sampling.Results The coexistence of surplus nutrition and malnutrition existed and there were weak-eyed population more than 2/3 students.Besides,there were unreasonable dietary,insufficient dormancy and physical exercises among them.Conclusions To develop adolescence body health and mental health,it is very important to implement reasonable nutrition distribution,strengthen physical exercise,have a healthy live style and improve the external environment.
