应用益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防产后出血的临床分析

目的探讨益母草注射液与缩宫素联合应用预防产后出血的疗效。方法回顾性分析锡山人民医院2009年10月至2010年9月正常足月妊娠经阴道自然分娩者260例,产程中研究组132例给予益母草注射液+缩宫素,对照组128例仅给予缩宫素。分别观察第三产程时间、产后2小时、24小时的出血量,用药前后血压变化并进行比较。结果研究组与对照组第三产程时间分别为(5.56±1.85)min、(8.61±1.34)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后2小时出血量分别为(154±10.8)m1、(216±34.8)m1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后24小时出血量分别为(188±54.8)ml、(276±34.7)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组用药前血压为(122.8±13.0)/(73.4±9.7)mmHg,用药后血压为(121.9±10.3)/(75.6±9.2)mmHg,用药前后血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益母草注射液与缩宫素联合应用可减少产后出血。

Clinical analysis of Herba Leonuri Injection complicating Oxytocin for preventing postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To study clinical effect of Herba Leonuri Injection complication Oxytocin on preventing postpartum hemorrhage(PPH).Methods The data about the third stage time,hemorrhage volume after 2-hour and 24-hour of labor,blood pressure changing before and after medicine taken from 260 cases with pregnancy at term and spontaneous vaginal delivery in Xishan the People’s Hospital between October 2009 and September 2010.Among 260 cases,132 cases were taken Herba Leonuri Injection complication Oxytocin in study group and the other 128 cases were taken Oxytocin only in control group.Results The difference about the third stage time which was(5.56±1.85) min in study group and(8.61±1.34) min in control group,hemorrhage volume after 2-hour and 24-hour of labor which was(154±10.8) m1,(188±54.8) ml in study group and(216±34.8) m1,(276±34.7) ml in control group respectively was statistical significance(P<0.05) respectively between two groups.While blood pressure that was(122.8±13)/(73.4±9.7) mmHg before the medicine taken and(121.9±10.3)/(75.6±9.2) mmHg after the medicine taken in study group before and after medicine taken was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Herba Leonuri Injection complication Oxytocin can reduce volume of PPH.
