| 摘 要： | 目的观察笑气在初孕妇人工流产术中的临床应用效果。方法选择初孕妇115例,随机分为观察组60例给予术前吸入笑气,对照组55例不做任何处理,两组手术方法相同。结果观察组无痛率明显高于对照组,无人工流产综合征发生,宫口松驰程度、手术时间两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出血量两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论初孕妇人工流产术中使用笑气麻醉效果明显,具有操作简单、费用低廉、安全、有效,减少并发症发生等特点,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effect of Nitrous oxide on induced abortion in unigravida.Methods Chosen 115 unigravida were randomly divided into observation group with 60 cases given Nitrous oxide and control group with 55 cases given no treatment.Results The difference of anodynia rate,incidence of induced abortion,cervix laxation level,operation time was statistically significant respectively between two groups(P<0.05).While blood loss volume was no statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nitrous oxide given for induced abortion in early gestation has obvious anesthetize effect and it is the simple,cheap,safe,less complications operation so that it is worth application. |
